Health and Safety

The standard for women’s health and safety is the white male.  This is another intersectional area of women’s lives.  The need for understanding how disease affects women differently than men; the need for drugs to be tested on women, as well as men; and the need to understand the differences in symptoms and treatment between men and women are all critical for women’s health and safety.  The help and information from the organizations in this collection are vital for equality of care for women.
