Violence
Violence in all its’ forms is pervasive throughout our country and around the world. Understanding the ways it affects all of us is important to help us deal with it. Learning about others who are fighting to eliminate it from our lives will give us strength and perhaps give us a new purpose. The sites in this category are meant to help you in all of these ways. We will do our best to provide sites where a wide variety of information is available.
Violence against women and children, in whatever form, is extremely traumatizing. Recovery demands help and support. The extent to which all forms of violence exist, demand constant vigilance in getting at the causes and in making sure law enforcement and the courts deal with it equitably. This collection is made up of organizations that deal with these demands.
