While the minimum wage and the average worker salaries have been stagnant for some time, executive salaries have soared.  Everywhere you go there are help wanted signs and there are rising shortages of workers, such as teachers, with employers bemoaning the fact they can't find enough workers.

Guess what?  The problems could be solved if employers decided to pay workers the salaries they need to live on and that they deserve.

Companies want you to believe they cannot afford to pay workers more.  They could if they just paid themselves less!
