A PLAN TO HARRASS THE H--- OUT OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AND SENATOR: NICELY
  1. If you don’t know who they are, find out here:

               https://www.congress.gov/members/find-your-member?fbclid=IwY2xjawI5VdJleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHYZ_6uzbZp-TpmRFiALmQh0RI4rqLx5T75QA-c1oNAeJoDxwn43w7btQcQ_aem_Za_Mj8vWAqnJizc5JM9bpA

  1. Get each one’s telephone number or use the U.S. Capitol switchboard number: (202)-224-3121 .  Whichever you choose, program the number(s) into your telephone.  When you use the switchboard number, you can ask to be connected to any Senator’s or House member’s office.
  2. Then you can quickly call to make your wishes known on any bills and/or issues. Calls are considered the best way to contact your legislators.
  3. Don’t be confrontational. Be polite.  Be sure you give your name and add you are the legislator’s constituent.  AND  CALL  FREQUENTLY!

If you need help on what to say, there are many organizations and individuals who have newsletters.  Sign up for some of them as sources of reliable information.

Suggestion:  Even if you sign petitions online, make that call too.  It has more impact.

Now to be sure you don't leave out the band of billionaire oligarchs in the White House, here are the numbers you need.

You may phone the White House comment line, fax, or switchboard 24 hours a day at:

Switchboard: 202-456-1414
Fax: 202-456-2461

Please follow steps 2-4 above when you make your calls.
